War & Pieces and any other party involved in making this site available to you are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of it being accessed or used. War & Pieces assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damage or viruses that may infect your computer equipment. We take great care with the descriptions of our products as they appear online. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are accurate. War & Pieces cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived. Wherever possible prices in our stores match pricing on our website. Occasionally we will promote items only on our website and vice versa.

$8 Flat Shipping on orders under $75.

Free Shipping on orders $75 and up.

Fast Delivery

War & Pieces will strive to ship same day for any order placed by noon Monday – Friday.  In the state of Florida, a UPS shipment should arrive next day if it is shipped by ground.  If we cannot process your order same day, we will get it out the following day. 

Orders are shipped from War & Pieces in Davie, FL by USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier can get it to you more quickly and economically. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday business days. We don't ship orders on Saturday/Sunday.

Signing For Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for. Otherwise War & Pieces cannot take responsibility for delivery.

P.O. Boxes

If the delivery address is a P.O. Box number War & Pieces cannot take responsibility for delivery.

Oversize Delivery Surcharges

Certain items are oversize or overweight may have additional shipping charges. You will be contacted by one of our representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty.

Refunds and Returns

• War & Pieces must be contacted at least 7 days after the shipment arrival date, in order for us to provide a full refund.
• Books cannot be returned.  Unopened games in re-sellable condition can be returned.  The buyer must pay the shipping on the return. 
• If you have any questions about the products for sale at War & Pieces , please call an experienced gamer/comic nerd at War & Pieces before you make your purchase.
•  Prior to returning an item, please call 1-954-797-6080 Monday - Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm or Sunday 12pm – 6pm (EST) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• War & Pieces cannot accept your returned product if you do not have a RA#
• With the exception of shipping errors, War & Pieces does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.
• In the event of any order with free shipping, returned items will be charged the shipping charges incurred by War & Pieces.
• To be returned, all items must be unused and include the original packaging, clothing must be clean, unwashed with all tags attached no exeptions.

Rush Delivery

Customers can request rush delivery at an additional cost at the time of your order. Depending on where you live there will be several shipping options presented to you while you make your order. 

Refused Shipments

All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.
