There's also a pretty cool phenomenon about this game, girls tend to beat their boyfriends, almost every time. Mine is a board game nut, and I trounced him the very first time we cracked the box open :P
I think it's because we tend to think a little more about how our actions will influence the other pieces and the board overall.
If I had to describe this game briefly, id describe it as a cross between chess and sumo wrestling, but don't worry, it's not actually as weird as I'm making it sound. It's a very elegant game, and I love the classy look of the pieces and the board. This is totally a game I'd leave set up out on my coffee table. |
